Recently added to the US portfolio are 280+ Pizza Huts and Wendy’s in Australia and 37 Planet Fitness clubs in the United States. Altogether, the Flynn portfolio includes over 2,600 restaurants and fitness clubs generating $4.5 billion in sales and employing 75,000 people. This week, the Flynn Fitness team celebrated the opening of their Atlanta, Midtown location with a ribbon cutting ceremony, making it their 31st location in Georgia. They were joined by radio host Jackie Paige of Majic 107.5, Harry the Hawk the official mascot of the Atlanta Hawks and members of the Atlanta Hawks Dance Team, along with representatives from the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Those who attended got to enjoy playing cornhole, taking photos with Harry the Hawk and the Atlanta Hawks Dancers, snacking on light refreshments while mixing and mingling and listening to music. Guests had the opportunity to spin a prize wheel when for some Planet Fitness swag and they were able to enter to WIN raffles which included the chance to win a 65inch SMART TV and more. As part of Planet Fitness’ dedication to creating a Judgement Free Generation® management presented a $1,000 donation to the Warren Boys & Girls Club, an organization that works with hundreds of kids and teens each year to help them reach their full potential. #ownit #recipeforpremier #planetfitness #grandopening
