Meet Kémo A'akhutera , founder of MOD FAB Kémo is from West Dayton, Ohio, began his entrepreneurial journey in middle school, selling custom CD mixes to buy the "premium" school lunch food. This early experience sparked a lifelong passion for business, which led him to become a trusted advisor and leader within the Pan-African community and among real estate professionals internationally. With a diverse background spanning industries like finance, real estate, impact entrepreneurship, and philosophy, Kémo brings a unique perspective to every venture. As the founder of MOD FAB, he is pioneering offsite modular cargotecture—using shipping containers to create innovative and affordable housing solutions for underdeveloped communities.
