Subtle cues are good signs!
How do we know if our workplace has a healthy culture? What truly constitutes having a "healthy culture" in most organizations? A healthy business culture is a set of shared values, attitudes, behaviors, and practices that define how individuals within an organization interact and approach their work. Some would say it this way, "It's what makes us, us." A positive and robust business culture contributes to an organization's and its members' overall well-being. It is dynamic and evolves with the organization's and its team members' changing needs. A healthy culture is not just a nice-to-have part of the business but a key and influential driver of business success. Period. It influences team member behaviors, attracts and retains talent, drives innovation, and helps build the organization's reputation. When we focus on and invest in developing a positive business culture, our organizations get positioned for long-term success. Peter Federman once said, "Paychecks can't buy passion," and he was right. Passionate people bring energy, commitment, and enthusiasm to our workplace, helping to contribute to a positive and dynamic organizational culture. Passionate team members: * Passionate employees are inherently motivated to excel, * Passion is contagious, and passionate people are sources of inspiration, * Leaders who show passion for their work and organization inspire their teams, * A workplace where people are passionate drives camaraderie, mutual support, and shared enthusiasm, * Coming to work is a positive experience where individuals thrive personally and professionally, * Passion contributes to the creation of a positive and healthy organizational culture. Our daily activities, how we approach and accomplish our work, and our language are key indicators of a healthy workplace culture. Are the phrases depicting a healthy culture (shared in the infographic from Siobhán (shiv-awn) McHale) used and repeated in your workplace? #ceos #leadership #healthyculture #execution Learn more about leadership and healthy cultures at work by subscribing to my weekly "quick-byte" of wisdom at https://lnkd.in/gXpc_pyu
