Realtors: Check out this single family home loan scenario! 🏚️ The self-employed client wanted to purchase a primary residence in Ohio. Since their tax returns did not provide enough financial evidence to support a mortgage of this amount, the client was not a great fit for traditional financing. However, they were a perfect fit for Non-QM! Utilizing one of our loan programs, we were able to use a Profit & Loss statement from the client's business to determine their revenue and available monthly income.
