We've come a long way as a society to address the emotional needs of men, but we have much further to go. The "man card" continues to inform boys and men's experiences and, while there are healthy aspects of masculinity, others can be destructive. In particular, the tendencies towards isolation and loneliness, silently suffering, and lashing out through anger remain challenging to overcome. Please join us in helping to support the men in our lives to address their mental health needs.

As we continue to break the stigma, there's still work to be done in better realizing mental health's impact on one's overall health. Months like May absolutely help the cause (and we may be biased, but this is one of our favorite months)! #mentalhealthawareness #breakthestigma
