Her achievements include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and reducing veteran homelessness. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from George Fox University, and a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago. As an Analytics Consultant at Focus Strategies, Claire leads equity-focused data collection and analysis projects, conducts multi-disciplinary research, and crafts recommendations for improving homelessness response systems. Previously, Claire led research and evaluation at a Texas Continuum of Care, driving data-driven improvements. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Trinity University and a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas. Welcome, Claire!

Meet Suzy West, PMP, the Director of Operations and Finance at Focus Strategies! With over 20 years of experience in operations and finance, Suzy's background includes leading operations for the US Space Command’s early warning system in Greenland, and supporting NASA, the Smithsonian, and the National Science Foundation. She later transitioned to the private sector, building efficient operational systems for growing businesses. Suzy is a dedicated community leader, actively addressing food insecurities and supporting families navigating pediatric cancer treatment. She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential and a BA in Business/Organizational Leadership from Rider University.
