With nearly 9 years of experience in the industry (starting as a Leasing Consultant in 2015) and a strong background in business management, Kaitlin is ready to tackle all things resident accounts, application approvals, and admin work—her specialty! Fun Fact: Kaitlin grew up in the Cherry Capital of the World, where she started working at 8 in her parent's cherry retail store! She's also a huge NBA fan and cheers for the Golden State Warriors. Our Summer Road Trip wraps up in the Queen City with visits to two stunning communities – Autumn Park Apartments and Chestnut Farm! From the charming atmosphere of Autumn Park to the modern living at Chestnut Farm, Charlotte has so much to offer! This road trip has been an incredible journey, and we've loved every moment spent connecting with our teams and exploring these beautiful properties. Thank you all for coming along for the ride! 💙

We proudly celebrated the Grand Opening of Lakeland Town Square Apartments last week, welcoming residents to a vibrant, thriving community in the heart of Lakeland’s growing town square. With the completion of the second construction phase, 121 additional stunning apartments are now available, complemented by exciting amenities like a refreshing swimming pool, a modern community clubroom, EV charging stations, and a pet park coming soon! Lakeland Town Square continues to flourish with retail spots like Carrington Oaks Coffee Shop, Shades of Nails & Spa, The Owner’s Box Bar & Grill, and Margaritas—creating the ultimate live, work, and play environment. We look forward to growing alongside this vibrant community!

One of our last Summer Road Trip stops brought us to the vibrant city of Greenville, SC – a hidden gem with so much to offer! We visited two incredible communities, Polos at Hudson Corners and Deca Camperdown, each bringing something unique to this amazing city. From the peaceful vibes at Polos to the lively energy at Deca, Greenville is a great place to call home!

Today is Maintenance Appreciation Day, and we’re giving a huge shout-out to the behind-the-scenes guys and gals who keep our properties up and running every day of the year. Thank you all for choosing to be a part of the Fogelman family and for being an essential part of our success!

The devastating impact of Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton weigh heavily on all of us, and our hearts go out to those affected. At Fogelman, we are committed to doing our part in providing support and hope during this challenging time. Earlier this year, at our annual Fogelman conference, we partnered with Hatching Hope Disaster Relief, an Alabama-based nonprofit, to assemble disaster kits for emergencies like this. We're grateful to share that the last batch of these kits was recently sent to Tampa. While words can't fully capture the emotions surrounding such tragedies, we are focused on helping those in need. As communities in the southern part of the country work to recover and rebuild, we will continue to offer support through our actions.
