  • How does a food traceability system work? A food traceability system is generally composed of three parts. Check it out: 🤲 Delivery log: The first step is to log where a shipment came from. 👨🍳 Production sheet: This second step allows you to log what you do with the ingredients or materials in your facility. 📦 Dispatch log: This third step allows you to log where a food product is going once it's prepared for your customer. When all is said and done, these three steps of traceability often take a painstakingly long time for food producers, especially if you're using paper. That's why, as you'll see, we created an easy-to-use food traceability software: https://lnkd.in/gcp6AchJ Or, if you want paper logs like the ones below, get them here: https://lnkd.in/gSCp_eRg #Traceability #FoodSafety
