How does a food traceability system work? A food traceability system is generally composed of three parts. Check it out: 🤲 Delivery log: The first step is to log where a shipment came from. 👨🍳 Production sheet: This second step allows you to log what you do with the ingredients or materials in your facility. 📦 Dispatch log: This third step allows you to log where a food product is going once it's prepared for your customer.
