We delighted guests with a thoughtfully curated menu, featuring gourmet tacos with suadero, chorizo, and vegan options, roasted poblano tamales, braised chicken on plantain chips, and shrimp with chorizo, orange, and cilantro on jicama chips. To top it off, we brought in an authentic elotes cart that added a true taste of tradition to the evening! 🌮🍤🌽 The Foundation, led by the 13 dedicated members of the Latino Caucus, is committed to advancing its mission through its Leadership Academy and Scholarship Program, fostering the next generation of Latino leaders in Chicago.
