I really enjoyed speaking at the Bethany Global University Excellence in Leadership event. A good number of the attendees hit the cold plunge at 6am before the event. My system was in overdrive trying to warm up so I could speak without shivering! So many of us are searching for ways to improve our stress response to the complexities of modern life. Cold plunges are one way to help do this! Thanks to Harrison Klein for donating the cold tubs, Ben Nicholas and Brian Schwartz at BGU for the invite to speak, and everyone that attended, shared their insights in our discussion time, and helped make the event a great success!

We recently opened up a second location inside the Richfield Ice Arena! This has been a really exciting opportunity for The Fortis Academy to grow. When we were planning our move into Richfield, we looked at this as a great opportunity to help grow the Richfield hockey community. As a result, we volunteered immediately to help promote and recruit for the Little Spartans program. That program now has 55+ athletes with more on waiting lists hoping to join. Strong youth sports organizations help build strong communities!
