We are excited to shine the Studio Director spotlight on Lance Burguiere. Lance has been a valued employee at Forum for the past 12 years. He attended the University of Central Florida for his Bachelor of Architecture and then attended the University of Florida CityLab Orlando to obtain his Master’s degree in Architecture. Lance has led production on multiple types of projects including multifamily, market rate, affordable, and senior living projects. As a Studio Director, Lance is responsible for nurturing client relationships and leading his multifamily design staff. When asked what skill has served him best in his architecture career, Lance says “The soft skills are more important than the technical ones because this is a collaborative profession. Of all of them, I would suggest is the ability to maintain confidence with an appropriate amount of humility.” Lance says one of his favorite projects he has designed recently is Aston at Town Center in Jacksonville, FL. In fact, this project recently won an Aurora Award! Lance’s professional goal is to build something that leaves a legacy beyond his time here on earth. Forum is fortunate to have Lance in leadership and as an Employee-Owner. We are confident his designs and mentorship will make an impact on the future generation of the architecture profession. Lance is a registered architect in the state of Florida. #architecture #multifamily #apartments #employeeowner #leader #forumfamily

While Zephyrhills is known for its peaceful farmland and citrus groves, it's also a favorite destination for skydiving enthusiasts, natural springs, a revitalized downtown, and a nearby family-friendly waterpark. The Ilumina Zephyrhills market-rate multifamily community honors the area’s eclectic charm with a modern designed clubhouse and classic farmhouse color palette. The 251 units are wood framed while the clubhouse and pavilion is built with masonry walls. The clubhouse features stone veneer and stucco. The apartments feature stone veneer, Hardie siding, and Hardie panel, and the pavilion features stone veneer, stucco, and a tongue and groove ceiling. Fun Fact: Ilumina Zephyrhills won two Grand Aurora Awards for Best Interior Merchandising of an Amenity Space and Best Interior Merchandising of a Model! Ilumina Zephyrhills is a beautiful addition to the Zephyrhills community! #architecture #interiordesign #multifamily #apartments #marketrate #winner
