Last Thursday was an inspiring day in our hub in Cairo, Egypt, as we celebrated the graduation of over 30 incredible women from our #Freelancemama program! This initiative, supported by Foundever.org (a private nonprofit operating foundation) empowers mothers who have been away from the job market, equipping them with essential skills to re-enter the workforce while balancing their home lives. During the event, we were honored to participate in a panel discussion addressing the challenges faced by working mothers and the ways they conquer them. The #Freelancemama program stands out as a unique initiative driven by a meaningful purpose. We couldn't be prouder of this achievement. Travel loyalty programs were once mainly used to influence customer behavior. Over the years, however, some brands have lost sight of the purpose of these programs: improving the #customerexperience. Through their loyalty programs, brands have access to extensive customer data, including flights with airlines, hotel stays, car rentals, in-app purchases and more. This coupled with #data from third-party sources provides a better view of customer behavior. Despite this wealth of information, many travel and hospitality companies have yet to fully use it to deliver the same level of personalization seen in other industries.
