On Wednesday, September 19th, the FOX Community Affairs and Production teams joined forces to serve 650 veterans at the Los Angeles Veterans Administration Campus. Veterans enjoyed a BBQ lunch and more while celebrating the Air Force's 77th birthday. After enjoying a delicious lunch veterans browsed through racks of new and barely used apparel and bins of shoes to take home courtesy of the FOX Production Services team. Serving veterans, active-duty military, first responders and their families is a main pillar of FOX's philanthropic initiatives. Tubi’s People Team recently held a team #DoGoodDay with the Roybal Film & Television Magnet where 20 high school students were hosted on the FOX Studio Lot. The students had a chance to learn about Tubi, careers in content and entertainment and how to craft their own stories to shape their futures. 🎬 The day concluded with personalized one-on-one coaching sessions for students with the People Team and some of Tubi's LA-based MarComms and Content leaders, including Nicole Parlapiano, Adam Lewinson, Lady Learned and Sam Harowitz. Tubi Do Good Days are part of Tubi’s Culture & Belonging strategy and are designed to help employees feel more connected to our company mission as well as one another.

On Wednesday, September 11, our nonprofit partner 9/11 Day hosted their annual, large-scale meal packing in 21 cities across the nation in observance of the federally-recognized September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance. In New York City, our team members aided in the packing of 250,000 food packets in two hours for people experiencing food insecurity. All meals will be donated to local communities through City Harvest and Food Bank For New York City. #FOXForward

The Pat Tillman Veterans Center (PTVC) recently marked the 13th anniversary of their first center which opened on August 16, 2011. During the celebration. FOX received the inaugural Pat Tillman Veterans Center Horizon Award. Jennie Blair, ASU staffer and spouse of a student veteran, presented the award to FOX's Rachael Peterson, Human Resources Director of the FOX Technology Center in Tempe. Through the Company’s FOX For Students initiative, FOX has partnered with The Pat Tillman Veterans Center to support undergraduate and graduate students over the course of five years by providing scholarships and funding for education and mental health resources. The Pat Tillman Veterans Center, which honors Pat Tillman, an Arizona State University (ASU) graduate, pro-football star and U.S. Army veteran who lost his life while serving, is located on the ASU campus adjacent to the state-of-the-art FOX Technology Center. Over the course of five years, $200,000 in scholarships and funding for PTVC's Trek for Vets mental heal and wellness program, will be awarded to students who are either a U.S. military Veteran, a current service member in the U.S. military, or the child of a Veteran or current service member. As part of the FOX Forward commitment, FOX Technology Center employees also engage with PTVC student veterans and other ASU students to provide ongoing pathways to employment through skill building workshops, internships and more. #FOXForward

The generosity of the FOX Ad Sales team was once again on full display last week at our 2nd annual Backpack Building Drive in support of Rising Ground! This year, the team built over 125 backpacks stuffed to the brim with school supplies for children in grades K—12 to help them start the school year right. A HUGE thank you to all who participated this year, and a special shout out to Charles Berlepsch for perfectly capturing the day with this video!
