"I start my day by inspecting materials from suppliers to ensure they meet our standards. I also monitor new materials in production, support our sales team with customer inquiries, and coordinate sample testing. Right now, I'm working on a lighter mesh to improve our packaging." How does your work impact our packaging solutions? "My role focuses on optimizing materials for efficiency and sustainability, which directly impacts product quality and reduces waste. I’m proud to help develop innovative, eco-friendly packaging that aligns with our customers' values." Can you share a highlight from your career at Fox Packaging? "I began as a materials engineer and was promoted to Sustainability Manager, which has been a rewarding journey. What’s New: “One standout improvement is the cylinder longevity enhancement,” says Noah Fox, Projects Manager. “With soft-stop technology, we’ve extended cylinder life and cut down on maintenance costs.” Our FSDSPB Pouch Bagger also received key updates, including a new blower for easier bag opening, a redesigned transition cylinder, and dual bag magazines. “This upgrade reduces downtime and ensures smoother operations,” Noah explains. The conveyor system now boasts independent conveyor speeds and dual-speed V-Belt singulation, improving product flow and discharge efficiency. Meanwhile, the FSWB 4 Wicketed Bagger is more versatile than ever, handling a variety of products—like bakery items—thanks to its durable, stainless-steel construction.
