Since joining our team in 2017 as Community Director at Inglewood Oaks Apartments, Tanea has demonstrated unparalleled dedication and expertise in the multifamily housing sector. During her tenure at Inglewood Oaks, Tanea played a crucial role in maintaining compliance with workforce housing guidelines, ensuring the property's occupancy rates soared above 95%, and consistently meeting Net Operating Income (NOI) targets. Her commitment to providing quality homes to those who might not otherwise afford luxury apartments has made a significant impact on our community. Tanea's journey didn't stop there; her exceptional leadership skills and passion for improving residents' living experiences earned her a promotion to Portfolio Manager. In this role, she continued to excel, overseeing multiple properties and upholding the high standards that FPI Management is known for.
