Frabul, LLC offers a comprehensive sales solution to small and medium size businesses. There are two primary focus areas: Sales Infrastructure development and implementation, and Sales Training. Businesses struggling with the following symptoms: flat or declining revenues, high salesperson turnover, and pipeline is unusable and not hitting the sales plan- probably indicates a sales infrastructure requiring a tune-up. The sales process is a foundational component of infrastructure - it defines the steps your sales team should be taking when moving a prospect to closed business. This should be incorporated into your CRM where every opportunity is tracked to its logical conclusion. Your best customers will be defined, and a strategy to grow them developed. Annual forecasting should be based in fact and derived from your sales pipeline, and the sales team should be hitting plan every quarter. Sales training is a natural complement to infrastructure development. After the "A" sales team is in place, following the sales process and hitting forecasts consistently, they need regular reinforcement of the tools allowing them to perform at a high level. Either virtual or in-person learning is provided on topics including Business Development, Advanced Business Development, Legendary Customer Service, and Negotiation skills. These programs are 2 to 3 day seminars providing the tactical skills development customer facing employees need to be successful. These programs have been in use for the past 25 years with some of the largest companies in the Fortune 500. Now provided to small and medium size companies in either a tailored program specific to your company with over 8 attendees, or a general program open to smaller businesses with only one or two people.
