Five months ago, FranPartners was just an idea. While vacationing in Punta Cana, I found myself reflecting on the challenges I’ve seen in the franchise industry over the years. Side note—does anyone else come up with their best ideas on vacation? Anyway, throughout my career, I’ve worked with hundreds of franchisees, and one consistent struggle stood out: finding and retaining top talent. As the labor market becomes more competitive, this challenge only grows, and most franchisees are already juggling too many responsibilities to conduct an exhaustive talent search. Yet, the right people are one of the most critical factor in a franchise’s success. I decided to reach out to a few respected industry executives to pitch the idea of a recruitment agency specifically for franchisees—affordable, efficient, and designed to fill this growing need. The response was overwhelmingly positive, so we quickly got to work developing our brand, building our operating procedures, choosing the right tech stack, and building a talented team. We officially launched our services in June, and since then, we’ve had the privilege of working with over 20 clients nationwide, across five different brands. This is just the beginning, and I’m excited for the continued impact we’ll have on franchisees across the country.
