Our MVPs for July 2024 are Dusty Leonard & Kareem Duke! July is a popular month for employees to take family vacations. While vacations are encouraged, we must have someone covering for the employees who are gone. Dusty did just that and more! He took any shift that needed to be filled, came in early, and stayed late to ensure the job was done. Thank you for all your hard work, Dusty! Kareem is a leader who is always willing to help new employees learn the job. He is open to trying new things and steps in when help is needed. Kareem is great with customers and he understands what our customers expect. He looks out for the company and always has a positive attitude. Today, we celebrate 16 years of Freedom🎉 On August 4, 2008, Freedom Trans opened its doors with only a handful of employees. Sixteen years have flown by and we are now employing over 200 employees with three offices and a warehouse in GA and TX. Happy Birthday, Freedom Trans USA! Our MVPs for June 2024 are Cody Woodard & Nick Higgins! Cody is currently in college and working part-time here at Freedom. Since he is on summer break, he decided to work full time & has become one of the top Carrier Salesmen on his team. He is always learning new ways to help his team and we are thankful for all he does! Nick has stepped up in the last few months and shown his dedication to Freedom. He is always willing to take an extra shift and help when it is needed. Nick is working hard to learn Night Shift Sales and he is doing a fantastic job. Keep up the great work, Nick! Freedom Family Fun Day 2024 was a huge success! Employees and family enjoyed the cornhole tournament and delicious food, while the kiddos went down the waterslide, got balloon animals, and hit the piñata 🎈 We even got Zack in the dunk tank and everyone lined up for a turn to get him in the water (thanks for being a great sport, Zack). Overall, it was a blast celebrating with our employees and their families! Thank you all for everything you do for Freedom. 😊

Yesterday, our employees had a blast playing in the annual Straight Street Golf Tournament! Rain or shine, we will always show up to support our Straight Street family 😊

Our MVPs for May 2024 are Moe Sanchez and Rich Lee! Moe has stepped up and helped the Dry/Flat and EXP teams with their procedures and processes. Thank you for always stepping up and jumping in to help whenever you are needed! We appreciate all your hard work and dedication. Rich has an unmatched dedication to Freedom. He is always willing to learn and help anyone in need. Rich has taken ownership of the Dedicated boards for GA & TX at night, enabling us to provide better service to our customers. Our MVPs for April 2024 are Charles Mays, Klaire Matz, Jay Hoyt, Josh Newell, Josh Navarro, Tim Hall and Yojairo Castaneda! Charles, Klaire, Jay, Josh, Josh, and Tim help run our Dry Van and Flatbed table. They had a brand new account come onboard and they have been crushing it. Everyone pitched in and both tables had more volume in April than they've ever had. We are so proud and thankful for all their hard work. Yojairo works with our nighttime crew and he has stood out since he came on board with Freedom during the 2023 peak season. He is detail-oriented, driven, and is always wanting to learn more and better himself. Yojairo is an anchor for our night shift team, and we are so thankful for all that he does for us! #mvps 😊
