It’s broke out by equipment type. With some quick filtering, our disciplines have the exact requirements with best known action plan for compliance. We also include a summary organized by equipment type for operating requirements.   Second, we have each discipline well represented, Civil, Structural, Process, Mechanical, Piping, Power, Instrument & Controls, Procurement, and Construction Management, and everyone sits close by to one another for cross collaborating. We can do these projects turn key if desired, EPCM.   Our current clients are thrilled that our execution plan overcomes the resource / org chart / technical challenges via a plan that organizes and makes use of individual competences to pull together a plan. Our process engineers are inquisitive, eager, problem-solvers, and collaborators. One of our interns created in-depth PowerPoint slides on facility asset types for Upstream and Midstream Oil and Gas, including PFDs, key functions, and troubleshooting guides. Next, we’re developing a set of off-the-shelf PFDs, P&IDs, and corresponding Ignition Screens, cutting costs for our clients. Collaboration between the Process Team and the I&C team is inspiring, and we’re also building an approve-able Colorado Department of Health calculation set for tank vapors.

What's happening at Freezer Engineering? In a short answer, we're growing very nicely!! Process Mechanical Piping team has had some new additions. They are building an Operational Narratives focused at a deep dive understanding of the process engineering systems, equipment by equipment, following the Hydrocarbons through a facility. The narrative includes critical troubleshooting, process control and tuning objectives as well as a troubleshooting guide. We continue to perform process simulations, design equipment, build PFD's, P&ID's, and 3D Models. It's helped us tremendously at gaining alignment quicker with our clients to really hit the mark on our process engineering objectives. Procurement team is actively refining our database of equipment providers for all major equipment listed in our Operational Narrative from the Process Mechanical team. They are actively renewing relationships with equipment providers organized by asset type / geography / equipment. We chase the vendors from qualification, spec alignment, bid review, expediting so you don't have to. EI&C team continues our excellent work on power distribution, arc flash studies, instrumentation, and controls systems. Our block approach from device through visualization has made our cost, schedule, and quality unbeatable. We have many blocks developed and on the shelf, ready for deployment including pre designed PLC panels, detailed instrument sheets as standard details, and chunks of code already tested, ready to deploy. Putting a wrapper around all of this is an aggressive project management approach with a keen eye for detail. All projects over $10k get a cost loaded resource loaded schedule with the team executing accordingly. We roll up our sleeves to stay on track and keep our clients informed and with rich communication to hit the mark.
