If you are a homeowner in the Historic Old Second Ward in #Noblesville or the #MILLDISTRICT there is still time for you to get involved in phase 1 of a multi-year initiative to transform this #Historic neighborhood with #Flowering Cherry trees among other varieties as well as several other community initiatives. To celebrate #ArborDay24, Gaylor Electric, Inc. and Friends of The Old Second Ward and Serve Village will be planting an additional 15 flowering Montmorency Cherry Trees. We have already received requests from neighbors for 8 of the 15 trees, so if you live on Cherry Street, Hannibal Division, Mulberry, Pleasant, Hist. Pleasant, Vine, Mulberry, or Maple there is still time to email oldsecondward@gmail.com to provide your name and address for a front yard tree planting. These trees will be planted by GEMINI Landscape Construction ( 463-245-2238 ) and properly placed in an appropriate in the front yard and not within the city right of way restrictions. The deadline for this Spring planting is Saturday, April 21st by 10 am. We will create a waiting list if you are not one of the next 7, or decide later this Spring that you or a neighbor are interested. If you would like to contribute to this multi-year initiative along with Gaylor Electric, Inc. and Friends of The Old Second Ward please email oldsecondward@gmail.com or contact serve Noblesville. #pocketparks #alleyactivations #trails #butterflypark #cherrytrees #peonyfestival
