Frontline Impact Project
Non-profit Organizations
Frontline Impact Project works to connect those on the frontlines of crises with unmet needs to donors who want to help.
About us
Founded in 2020, Frontline Impact Project was established to meet the needs of individuals overlooked during humanitarian challenges, natural disasters, and significant events like COVID-19. As the world continues to face challenges, such as the war and subsequent humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, our platform connects those on the frontlines of crises with an unmet need to donors who want to help. --- What Is Frontline Impact Project? Frontline workers, including doctors, nurses, firefighters, and EMTs, regularly put their own well-being on hold to help others. In an emergency, they work long hours with little reprieve and often don't have time to eat, drink, or take care of themselves. Frontline Impact also serves to support individuals in humanitarian crises and/or impacted by disaster through on-the-ground response agencies. Our platform aims to meet frontline workers’ and impacted individuals’ most pressing needs by centralizing supply and demand and matching corporate donors with qualified frontline communities. We cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled. The KIND Foundation, a charitable entity started by KIND Snacks, launched Frontline Impact Project in April 2020 to support COVID-19 frontline workers. Given the pandemic’s scale and longevity, healthcare workers — including nurses, doctors, and vaccinators — remain the primary donation recipients, but we also support those impacted by humanitarian crises and natural disasters, including wildfires and hurricanes. Like COVID, these events have demanded unprecedented levels of dedication from donating partners and unprecedented sacrifice from those on the ground. To date, more than 80 partners have donated nearly 7.5 million products via Frontline Impact Project. As one beneficiary said, “There is a big smile beneath my mask.”
