At Fujifilm, we understand that the ability to accurately size lesions found during #colonoscopy is critical in determining a patient's recommended follow-up surveillance interval, and may impact resection strategies (e.g. snare polypectomy, EMR, ESD.) Fujifilm’s SCALE EYE is designed to aid #endoscopists in determining the size of lesions through simple operation of the endoscope switch. Studies published in Digestive Endoscopy and PubMed demonstrate advantages of the SCALE EYE virtual scale endoscope (VSE) compared to current visual estimation methods, like a higher relative accuracy of 85.4% for polyp size measurements compared with visual size estimation at 66.8%. This novel virtual scale function has the potential to standardize measurements among endoscopists. Learn more here: https://brnw.ch/21wOd8d
