I am super proud of the Full Glass Wine Co. team! When we acquired the famed Wine (Winc - Wine brands for the next generation) brand just four short months ago, we immediately learned that the company’s eight-year-old proprietary tech platform was held together with bubble gum, baling wire, hopes, and dreams. Reporting was non-existent. Seemingly simple changes required months of work. The business operated with both hands tied behind its back, blindfolded. While not remotely in our initial plans for the business, our team immediately dove into upgrading our entire technology infrastructure without a pause in sales. Our engineers were told replacing the system at Winc was impossible. Supported by Electriq, DRINKS, and Shopify, we accomplished the “impossible” in a mere 90 days. Oh, and we acquired our 2nd brand, Wine Insiders, a week before launching our new platform. A huge thank you and congratulations to the incredible team at Full Glass! I can’t wait to celebrate this outstanding achievement with everyone in person this coming week.
