Today the Fullmer team volunteered at Warrior for Children Impact Center in Upland, it was a truly meaningful experience. Warrior for Children is a nonprofit organization that supports children navigating trauma by providing essential resources, education, and tangible gifts. Our team wrapped birthday presents and fulfilled kids' wish lists, choosing gifts to make their day special. We're excited to come back during the holidays and continue giving back!

Yesterday marked a significant milestone as Jim, Bob, and Gary Fullmer reached an impressive 50 years of dedicated service at Fullmer Construction. The celebratory event was attended by dedicated Fullmer employees and supportive family members. It was a wonderful opportunity to pay tribute to their outstanding leadership and commitment over the span of five decades. Russ Platt a Superintendent also celebrated 46 years at Fullmer Construction.

Today marked a significant event as Covington Group Inc. conducted their groundbreaking ceremony to kick off the construction of the Santa Clarita Commerce Center. The occasion was attended by Santa Clarita city officials, esteemed community leaders and valued partners. The Santa Clarita Commerce Center features four tilt-up buildings encompassing a total of 404,407 square feet across 25 acres and promises to be a remarkable addition to the thriving Santa Clarita area. We are excited for the opportunity to further our collaborative efforts with the Covington Group as we embark on this project.

Fullmer recently completed its largest single building to date, Beaumont Crossroad Logistics Park in Beaumont, CA. The build-to-suit industrial building is a massive 1.8-million square feet situated on 80 acres. This was a joint venture between Affinius Capital and McDonald Property Group. United Legwear & Apparel Company, LLC (ULAC) has signed a long-term lease for this building. ULAC specializes in apparel and accessories for men, women and children, with licensed brands such as Hurley, Champion, Fortnite, Van Heusen, Skechers, and a partnership with PUMA North America. Today the Fullmer team volunteered for Operation Christmas Child at Samaritan’s Purse processing center in Fullerton, CA. Operation Christmas Child is a program that has delivered more than 209 million shoebox gifts to boys and girls during the holiday season. Our team was responsible for inspecting gifts, scanning labels and packaging boxes. We are thankful to be able to give back!
