Judging of the questionnaire is based on a 30-point scale, with points allocated in four main sections:1) Reason for nomination (5 points); 2) Career achievements (10 points); 3) Community involvement (10 points); and 5) Awards and recognition (5 points). No fee or compensation was paid by FEG to participate
