A week ago, Vickram Saigal repped Fundamento at the nasscom ai #GenAIFoundry Cohort meetup in Bengaluru where 37 brilliant startups including ours got together to share ideas and exchange learnings. The Generative AI Foundry program launched in October 2023 and has been actively supporting #GenAI startups. This week we celebrated Fundamento’s 4th birthday! While I was reflecting on our journey it struck me that the best part about building Fundamento is doing it with amazing people who believe in it as deeply as I do. This year, more than ever before, Fundamento has really become a collective vision, brought to life by each team member. As founders, Megha and I are inspired by their resilience and commitment everyday. Every late night, every challenging project, every solution found- each of these moments has shaped who we are today. In so many ways, this year helped us find our feet. We punched way above our weight, learnt a lot of lessons and also bagged a number of large logos. We grew up and learnt to say no to what we knew could be distractions. I am confident that one year from now, Fundamento will look very different in the best ways possible. This week a section of our team- mostly managers, met in Delhi to talk about growth, our roadmap and how we can all build an organisation we are all proud of. A BIG personal thank you to the whole team! There is so much more potential to unlock, ground to break and new things to learn together :)
