I was casually job hunting until I had my first call with G2, where I was referred by someone who had great things to say about the company. After each interview, my admiration for the company & its people grew significantly. By the final interview, I was certain that this was where I wanted to work. I believe interviews truly reflect a company's culture - I encourage everyone to use interviews to determine if a company aligns with their desired work environment. I started on 30th August 2021 when my baby was 27 days old😀 ⭐ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴? I am naturally a nurturer and am grateful to have the opportunity to help and support others. G2 helps us lead with consciousness and empathy, and I can see that it makes a significant difference in my relationship with my manager and team. We have built a strong foundation of trust, care, and respect for each other. ⭐ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝗚𝟮’𝘀 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝟯 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀? Enthusiastic, Respectful, & Inclusive ⭐ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝟮? When I first joined G2, my team consisted of one engineer, one product manager, and myself. Since then, I have successfully built three teams from scratch. We utilized various methods, including campus hiring and summer internships, which have been highly effective in helping us recruit individuals at different levels who seamlessly integrate into our culture and are also great professionals to work with. Building these teams has allowed me to interact with many people and learn about new products, tools, and technologies, for which I am extremely grateful. ⭐ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝟭 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁? My manager once told me, "If you don't ask, the answer is always no." I try to live by this advice and encourage my team to do the same. Being curious is a skill that everyone should cultivate. What does my product need to grow? How can I help? What skills do I need to advance to the next level? Can I try something that we haven't done traditionally? A good team is where you can ask questions and gain the context and skills to learn and be most effective in your role.
