We’re proud to announce that our demolition project in Weston, FL, is featured on the cover of DEMOLITION magazine, the official publication of the National Demolition Association. In partnership with Rapid Removal, Inc., we prioritized sustainability throughout this major project. Soon, this site will be home to a brand-new Gables apartment community, and we’re proud to contribute to a greener future. Here are a few key highlights of the demolition: • 2.1 million pounds of steel recycled • 50,000 tons of concrete crushed and repurposed for future use • 146 trees protected and relocated on-site • 160,000 SF of structures, including nine 5-story buildings and a convention center, safely dismantled As Gables continues to grow, we remain committed to sustainable practices that build a better tomorrow for our communities.
