Join the Global Action Hub on Waste Methane & Environmental Justice! We’re hosting an online global space to track progress, share expertise, and spark collaborations on waste methane reduction and environmental justice (EJ). This platform was initiated in the Methane Action and Environmental Justice Summit (Tanzania in July 2024). The GAH brings together key stakeholders to identify gaps, celebrate progress, and ensure collective action on implementing EJ principles in the waste sector. It’s designed to inspire meaningful change in policy and climate action while fostering connections for collaborative projects. The Global Action Hub is open to key stakeholders committed to environmental justice and high-ambition action on methane reduction in the waste sector, such as: * policy-makers and government officials * non-government organizations NGOs * thinktanks groups * philanthropists Our first call is on September 12, 2024 (7 AM California / 10 AM Chile / 3 PM London / 4 PM Cape Town / 9 PM Jakarta) with interpretation in Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
