Featuring an extensive range of equipment that includes: 100-plus single and multi-spindle acme screw machines, turning centers, centerless grinders, cold formers, and swiss CNC lathes, that can repeatedly hold tolerances as tight as .0002”. In addition, Galion has many in-house capabilities like tumbling, washing, phosphating, an electrostatic; climate controlled, paint process. Along with a dedicated Metrology Lab that performs destructive, non-destructive, and environmental testing as needed. All of which minimizes logistic costs, maintains our world-class quality, and reduces the need for outsourcing.
