This week we held First Responder Training led by Cintas Certified Trainer Josh Schults. The session was also signed by DSC Interpreter Sara Smith for one of our Teammates. The course covered Blood Borne Pathogens, First Aid Basics, Medical, Injury and Environmental Emergencies and CPR AED. Nine Game One Teammates became Certified First Responders! Congratulations and thank you for your commitment and care for your teammates.

It's Fall Y'all!

Our IT team has been busy creating innovative solutions for our sales team! A great example is our Game One Express Stores. While the average industry team store involves long wait times, stock issues, and other pain points, we’ve made it easier and faster than ever for teams to get their custom-printed gear. During our busiest season, GO Express Stores have shipped at 10.6 days from store close! The team has worked hard behind the scenes to make this a reality, and it’s rewarding to see the success play out. This is just the beginning…we’re on a mission to keep pushing the boundaries in the team sports industry, with a laser focus on customer service and sales rep growth.

Our family roots run deep. Today we proudly honor the legacy of John Cardinal, one of our 9 legacy business owners, who was inducted into the National Sporting Goods Association Hall of Fame. A fitting tribute to a true trailblazer in our industry. 🏆

Peak season means long hours, tight deadlines, and a whole lot of grit. And this year, our Production & Warehouse teams have outdone themselves working hard to get orders out the door. From the frontlines to the top of the org chart, everyone’s been rolling up their sleeves - even Ops leaders Corey Goblirsch and Jimmy Van Epps were on the production floor pulling squeegees to support the team. It takes a special kind of leader to jump in and lead by example, and that's exactly what these two do. Their relentless drive to get orders into our customers' hands on time shows the dedication that sets our team apart.   I couldn’t be prouder of the hard work and commitment our teams in Swanton and Carroll continue to bring to the floor every day to push us through our peak season. Thanks for all you do behind the scenes.
