NetSuite as a product has been growing massively over the past 12-24months and with that brings a lot of companies that unfortunately have gone through a troubled implementation, whether that be with NetSuite Direct Professional Services or a Partner. A huge number of our calls recently from prospective clients have been centered around fixing issues they inherited during the implementation. These companies are really struggling to just produce monthly financials so when we start discussing processes and day to day functioning, the stories only get worse.
