Primary Responsibilities: - Obtain and manage documents through subpoenas. - Prepare for trial: manage exhibits, witness lists, and assist with trial preparation. - Conduct efficient online research and utilize the firm’s electronic resources. - Handle multiple assignments and deadlines with professionalism. - Summarize medical records and create medical chronologies and bill summaries. - Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and counsel. - Coordinate with expert witnesses and review vendor invoices. - Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. - Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Provide prompt, courteous customer service. - Show dependability and professionalism. - Contribute to a positive team environment.
