October is Earnings Prep time! During earnings season, there are certain popular dates that public companies often host earnings calls. 📆Conflicting earnings call dates can sometimes mean investors and sell-side analysts aren’t able to join each call, and companies lose attendees in the process. 📍“Plant your flag” by either claiming a popular date early on or deciding to avoid those dates altogether. Either way, select and announce your earnings call date at least 2 weeks in advance (earlier if possible!) to give stakeholders enough advanced notice.
