This week I had the pleasure of spending some time with my Niece. It was so much fun to be around her because she is so joyful! We decided to do a puzzle together. And as I was encouraging her through the process, it got me thinking about how something as simple as building a puzzle relates to career coaching and how I help clients put their career goals back together. Some people come to me with such a broken spirit their pieces are all scattered. Other clients come to me needing me to help find those few pieces to get them recharged and going again. As a career coach, I help you identify your career sweet spot and help build confidence in you to go after your dream job. Clarity brings forth confidence. I've seen it time and time again.
