    Thank you to those who came to #TAWeek workshop on AI. Here’s a few prompts to use to help you improve your candidate persona research, making AI speak in first person: 1. Pain Points Discovery Prompt: "You are a typical [your target candidate/audience description; do one target per prompt, don’t combine them. Attach any existing research you have and demographic information]. Describe your typical day, focusing on 5 main problems and stresses related to [your current role as well as life outside of work, based on their demographics]. Use everyday language and specific situations. After, explain the rationale behind your descriptions and why you chose those specific problems.“ 2. Objections Analysis Prompt: "You are a potential candidate for [your role type at your company]. Write the top 10 reasons why you would NOT accept this job if offered, based on the candidate resources that been shared with you and everything you can find about working at [Company]. Use direct speech and real-life examples. After, explain the rationale behind your descriptions and why you chose those specific reasons." 3. Conversion Trigger Prompt: “Acting as a [target candidate description based on role type] and you just accepted a job offer as a[n] [job] at [your company or your competitor]. Explain in detail, with rationale: - what led you to decide to accept the role - what messaging and/or events influenced your decision - what emotions did you likely experience when making this decision - what points in the candidate funnel were most and least impactful and why - share the hopes and fears you experience at each stage of the talent attraction and recruiting process. Write 10 exact phrases or expressions you use when discussing each fear or desire with your peers. Repeat this for each generation / experience level so your messaging is tailored. Then, take the results and write up your candidate profile, then use in the following prompt: “You are cynical recruitment marketer.
