About us
Gemini Energy Solutions, Inc. (Gemini) is a cleantech company democratizing the clean energy sector by bringing revenue-generating microgrids, called Clean Energy Hubs, into underserved communities and increasing the accessibility and affordability of investment-grade energy audits. We enhance decarbonization and energy savings in nonprofits and small businesses through the use of our proprietary software, Conserve, which decouples the data collection and energy analysis needed to produce an ASHRAE Level 2 energy audit. When we implement Clean Energy Hubs at community anchors such as faith-based institutions or educational establishments, we not only reduce emissions, enhance grid resiliency, and save money for that building, we also create a catalyst which speeds up energy efficiency adoption across the community. We train community members to use Conserve and conduct energy audits themselves, promoting community workforce development and empowering communities to enact the changes they want to see. Our CEO and founder, Anthony Kinslow II, has a Ph.D in Sustainable Design and Construction from Stanford University and founded Gemini in 2016 after years of experience with net-zero energy consulting. Dr. Kinslow is also the co-founder of Climate+Positive Investing Alliance, a nonprofit alliance of climate investors dedicated to combating greenwashing and supporting climate-forward solutions, and a lecturer at Stanford University focusing on equitable solutions in clean energy.
