With 25 years of experience in leadership, teaching, training, consulting and coaching in the public, private and religious industries, Dr. Charlene Bolton helps women leaders achieve their personal and professional goals by helping them to clarify their actions plans and holding them accountable each step of the way. Dr. Charlene Bolton is the founder of Genesis Leadership Consulting Group, LLC and is a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker and a DISC Trainer. Her areas of focus include leadership development, personal development, effective communication skills, conflict management, leading and managing change, organizational culture improvement, and millennial employee retention. Dr. Bolton works with leaders to help them understand their strengths and weaknesses because when leaders are self-aware and willing to work hard toward their potential, self-confidence improves, and by extension their leadership skills. She incorporates the Maxwell Method of coaching, teaching and speaking with her own proven methods to help leaders meet their personal and professional goals and ultimately realize their leadership potential. She holds an EdD in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Medical Science and a B.S in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University.
