Situated in a busy public plaza in midtown Manhattan, the primary mission of this small sculptural pavilion is to provide daylight to the client's concourse and act as their Midtown campus icon. The pavilion has a direct architectural dialog with the faceted form and fritted white glass of their corporate headquarters tower. 📸 Garrett Rowland | 📍 New York, NY #FinancialServices #BrandDesign #DXD

Gensler’s Eric Brill, AIA LEED AP and Brandon Smart share three project examples that show how these flexible, hospitality-inspired spaces fit into the modern financial services workplace. https://ow.ly/ep4750Tq7gs #FinancialServices #MultiPurposeDesign #AdaptableDesign

Taking the top floor at 2100 South Tryon Street with proximity to the Light Rail, restaurants, and high-energy streetscape was a key factor to reinforce McAdams’ culture and motto of creating experiences through experience. The design team approached the new headquarters interior by hosting a series of question-and-answer sessions focused on learning McAdams’ process and culture before diving into design. Synthesizing what we heard and sharing back with McAdams created a solid foundation for the design on the space. The design was crafted over a series of workshops with key decision makers to arrive at an optimal solution to support success. ©Gensler, 📸 Grant Gay | 📍 Charlotte, NC #ProfessionalServices #GenslerDesign #BrandDesign
