Since 2021, we have hosted annual pitch nights for our entrepreneurs at Get Girls Going to share their stories. We believe that true equity, particularly in entrepreneurship, involves creating unique spaces and solutions for those often excluded from opportunities and resources. This means developing realistic pathways that enable them to achieve success comparable to that of their more privileged counterparts. This is the work of Get Girls Going. Last month on June 3rd, 2024, we were deeply saddened and disappointed by the ruling of the Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit to suspend the Fearless Fund Strivers Grant Contest. The Fearless Fund, along with organizations like Get Girls Going, are vital lifelines for Black and Brown women entrepreneurs and the communities they uplift. We know that when Black women start businesses, the entire community benefits. Join us for Get Girls Going’s 4th annual Pitch Night, where inspiring Black and Brown teen girls will present their innovative social enterprise ideas to the #Boston community.
