Special thanks to Peter S. Goodman and the The New York Times for featuring Glo® in the new book, How The World Ran Out Of Everything. The book predomently features both of Glo's founders, Hagan Walker and Anna Barker as Global Economics Correspondent, Peter Goodman, follows our goods around the world and details the worldwide breakdown of the global supply chain during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Wow! What a day! Tremendous thanks to Peter S. Goodman and the The New York Times for featuring Glo® in the new book, How The World Ran Out Of Everything, which details the collapse of the global supply chain in the midst of the pandemic. The book launched today and is currently trending as a #1 new release on Amazon (https://lnkd.in/gQYnKzs3). What started as a chance encounter turned into a trip where Peter traveled down to Mississippi, to tour our facilities, then over to Asia with my business partner, Anna Barker, and myself. The book narrates our ever-increasing struggles with a global supply chain as Peter quite literally tracks one of our shipments from an origin facility in China, to our fulfillment facilities in Mississippi, and finally to end customers. It's an eye-opening look into the tremendous efforts that people make every day to get mundane goods into the hands of each of us, and something that we all take for granted. Anna and I were sent proofs of the book to read several months ago, and I must admit, in my wildest dreams, I would have never, ever, expected a New York Times (potential) bestseller to start the first chapter with my name. I'm incredibly humbled and just hope that our small story can communicate a much larger message about some of the alarming issues that are addressed in the book. I highly recommend the read and would love to hear what you think.

Our festive 10,000 Small Businesses Holiday Market at Goldman Sachs is a joyous celebration of entrepreneurship. This week, my husband and I enjoyed chatting with Hagan Walker, the brilliant mind behind Glo Pals – innovative children's sensory toys that light up bath time with magic! Hagan shared the heartwarming inspiration behind Glo Pals, sparked by a child with autism who found bath time challenging. We discussed the technology that brings these delightful toys to life, making bath routines a joy for kids. As a mother, it hits close to home for me. I'm inspired by Glo Pals' mission to embrace childhood magic and the importance of playtime. My own journey as a parent to a child with learning and sensory differences makes me genuinely appreciate products like Glo Pals that add joy and sensory exploration to children’s lives. #10KSmallBiz is not just about commerce; it's about stories, passion, and making a positive impact. Support these incredible entrepreneurs and explore the magic of Glo Pals: https://lnkd.in/esntj_6f
