Join us in celebrating Caleb Larsen's 6-year anniversary with RentVision! 🙌 Over the past year, Caleb has achieved some incredible milestones, including mentoring one of our summer interns, Roel, and spearheading the development of a crucial integration with AppFolio. He’s also led the rebuilding of internal tools for diagnosing integration issues, adapted our contract data tracking to support a new pricing model, and played a key role in launching the new Community Dashboard in our client reporting site. To top it off, Caleb upgraded our codebase to a newer Java version, ensuring our systems continue to operate efficiently. Caleb’s problem-solving mindset and dedication to continuous improvement have made a tremendous impact on our organization and our clients. Happy work anniversary to RentVision's 'first' employee — our founder and CEO David Watson! 15 years ago, he founded a humble ILS company that intended to make renting apartments easy by showing the inside of units online with walkthrough video tours. When the ILS business hit a wall a few years later, and the company was hanging in the balance, David found a Bible verse that put RentVision on the trajectory it's on today. That verse was Philippians 2:3; "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility consider others as more important than yourselves." This passage redefined the company's purpose "to consider others as more important than ourselves by providing remarkable experiences to our clients and their residents." That's when we converted from an ILS to a multifamily marketing company and built solutions that let our clients see a vision into their leasing future and be better equipped to make the right marketing, leasing, and pricing adjustments in advance. We've since grown to a team of nearly 50 visionaries who have helped clients nationwide fill thousands of apartment units and save countless hours… …and we're continuing to innovate, with our mission and purpose remaining the same!
