Maple Terrace is a 3.37-acre mixed-use development featuring a 22-story luxury apartment tower with 345 apartments. Leasing began in May. Dallas’ present towers over its past at the reimagined Maple Terrace in Uptown — but neither is forgotten. The old Maple Terrace apartment facade remains, but the inside of the building was gutted and office tenants filled the newly renovated space. Designed by Dallas’ GFF and featuring interiors by renowned Rottet Studio, the apartments feature European cabinetry, quartz countertops, waterfall-edge islands and high-end stainless-steel appliances.
