Briley Farms, in Oakland, FL, is a new residential homesite development where Gibbs & Register was responsible for constructing a retention pond, site excavation, and the compaction of approximately 13,000 cubic yards (CY) of material. Additionally, 8,000 CY of fill material was imported to finalize the required embankment. The project is currently almost finished, with final completion expected within the next few days.

Raymond H. Neri Community Park, formerly Joe’s Creek Greenway Park, is located in the Central Lealman Area of Pinellas County. The project includes multi-purpose fields, landscaping, dog parks, walking trails, playgrounds, picnic shelters, an adult fitness area, a restroom and a maintenance building. Crews broke ground on this project last month and it is scheduled to be completed by November of 2025.

All the concrete work including trail, curbing and safety railing foundation is complete on the Alafaya Trail Pedestrian Safety Improvement Project in Orlando. Safety railing, striping, signage and signalization work is continuing per plan. Landscaping work will follow in October of this year.

Crews are hard at work in Sanford grading and paving the new parking lots for Buildings 2 & 3 at Seminole St Johns.

Roadway improvements have begun on Delaney Avenue in Orlando. Crews are currently working on sewer replacement. This project will also include improvements to drainage and pedestrian and traffic calming.
