We are pleased to announce our Gigaforce Connect module is now part of the Guidewire Marketplace. This allows carriers to exchange information and documents with other organizations while not being required to leave ClaimCenter. One use case is the settlement of claims involving Medicare Advantage Plan related losses with Health Care providers thus removing the manual processes involved in exchanging documents or making phone calls. All of that functionality is now contained directly within the claim file in ClaimCenter and is done so in a secure fashion providing a seamless audit trail with much improved efficiency.
