About us
Mission Statement: GiGi’s Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center’s mission is to change the way the world views Down syndrome through national campaigns, educational programs, and by empowering individuals with Down syndrome, their families and the community. We offer free therapeutic and educational programming to individuals with Down syndrome and their families. GiGi’s Playhouse of Hillsborough opened its’ doors to the community on January 11, 2015 and is the 18th Playhouse to open in North America. Since that day we have welcomed over 300 families from throughout New Jersey and parts of Pennsylvania who have made us apart of lives. As the only location in New Jersey, we have made a lifetime commitment to offer support from diagnosis through adulthood, to build confidence, and to send a global message of acceptance for all, while changing the way the world sees Down syndrome.
