Yesterday we celebrated the tenth cohort of GP Elevate, our leadership development program that prepares high-potential leaders for executive roles. Participants shared how they’ve already directly applied the program content in their respective roles. We were back at Norwood View Elementary this week to kick off our TENTH school year with our 2nd grade students through Adopt A Class. Amber Brown, M.A. and Julie Motsch led the students through a hands-on activity that challenged them to think about what they enjoy doing and connect it to their strengths. The students created strengths strips that will eventually link together to make a classroom strengths chain. (Check out the strengths they illustrated below including "bravery," "creativity," and "construction.")
