But together, we are creating a world where girls' self-esteem never peaks as we inspire thousands of girls on their leadership journeys. Powered by Dove and Sam's Club, our peer-led Girl Talk Clubs will continue to be offered at no cost to any leader who wants to inspire her community. An excellent mentor in a girl’s life can change her whole worldview, aspirations, and the opportunities available to her. It can change the trajectory of her life. While mentorship has risen among adolescents in the past decade, more than 1 in 3 (35%) young adults say they grew up without the support of any mentor (The Annie E. Casey Foundation, 2024).  🌟 Peer-to-peer mentorship, highlighted in Girl Talk Clubs, allows for fruitful dialogue about complex, sometimes difficult, topics. Our curriculum covers topics about friendships and family, self-care, and identity. At Girl Talk, these invaluable conversations illuminate differences in perspective, opportunities for knowledge sharing, and moments of connection. Passionate about the work that we do? Support girls’ empowerment through peer-to-peer mentorship by donating to our LeadHER Beyond Campaign and helping us reach our goal.  #LeadHERBeyond #GirlTalk #Leadership #Mentorship #Community
