With Protecting Our Energy in it's 3rd year, we aim to face Georgia's energy burden head-on through education and financial assistance to help Black, woman-owned businesses invest in energy-saving infrastructure. Small businesses are an essential piece of the Georgia economy. One million small businesses in Georgia employ 46% of the state’s working population. High utility bills is a significant barrier to growth.
