  • 🌟 What an incredible night at the Indiana Fever Mentorship Night! 🌟 This past weekend Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis participants and their families enjoyed an amazing evening celebrating the power of mentorship hosted by the Indiana Fever, and Ambetter Health. The pre-game mentorship event featured inspiring panelists from Ambetter, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, and our very own Girls Inc. Indy Development Coordinator, DeOndra Craig, who shared her experiences about mentorship in the community.♥️Our girls also had an unforgettable experience participating in the pregame 🙌“High-Five” tunnel🙌 as the Fever players took the court for warmups!🏀To top it all off, Girls Inc. Indy was recognized at halftime for our service and dedication to the community and Director of Marketing & Communications, Michelle Henderson, received an autographed basketball on behalf of the organization. It was a great evening spending time with our families in such a positive, uplifting environment. A huge thanks to the Indiana Fever, Pacers Sports & Entertainment, and Ambetter for making this night so special for our participants!🙏😃 #MentorshipMatters #GirlsIncIndy

🗣The “Gigi” closet is now open!! What is the Gigi closet? It’s a safe place for any Girls Inc. participants to get apparel items if they are in need, or as a benefit of being a part of Girls Inc. Indy. The closet has new clothing, new shoes, undergarments, feminine hygiene products, and skincare items!👚👖👟🧤🧢🧦🛍️ 🌟We couldn't have completed this closet without some amazing people & community partners!! Girls Inc. Of Greater Indianapolis would like to thank Marcus Hall & California Closets for their generous donation to build a functioning closet that once was a storage closet. Thank you to Casey Crouse & the New Shoe Day team, who not only supplied shoes to every summer camp participant but helped us fully stock sneakers from size 5 to size 12 so that every girl could find a pair of shoes in her size! Thank you to our partners at SHEIN & SHEIN Distribution Corporation for your clothing donations for our program workshops and the closet. Thank you to JD Finish Line, I Support The Girls, and Indy Hygiene Hub for your in-kind donations to support the closet.
